Pay and benefits
At WestWon we pay above what is deemed to be the minimum amount. As well as complying with all national regulations on pay and benefits. As well as to support equal pay for work of equal value.
WestWon does comply with national regulations on working hours. We ensure that on a regularly scheduled basis our employees are not required to work more than 48 hours a week. Also that they are permitted at least one non-working day per seven days on average.
Each individual should be free to choose terminate their employment at WestWon. This is in accordance with established laws, rules and regulations. WestWon will not under any circumstances use any type of involuntary or forced labour, including indentured, bonded, slave or human trafficked labour. WestWon is opposed to the use of any form of child labour practices and do not employ anyone under the age of 18.
